Hideaway in Costa Rica with Unbelievable Views

Casa Magayon by SARCO Architects is a luxury hideaway perched on an isolated hillside in the jungles of Costa Rica overlooking Papagayo Bay.  Every aspect of the design blends indoor and outdoor spaces to make the most of this incredible location.
The core of the project is an outdoor space on each level, which splits the home into a living area wing and a bedroom wing.  The main floor patio extends out into a lookout bridge 12 meters above the land for nearly 360 degrees of views.  On the side of the patio, you can dive off a platform into the home’s deep infinity pool below.

Most of the rooms are glass cubes, designed to immerse you in the environment.  In one of the five bedrooms, for example, you wake up next to a wall of jungle life, facing the calm bay that leads out to the Pacific.  This feeling is echoed in almost every room.
The master bathroom features a freestanding tub with a picture frame window toward the ravine, where a soothing creek forms after rainstorms.  It also has a large shower, including frameless doors that open to an additional outdoor shower area.  It is an ideal place to relax.
